Baringo County Government Has Given The Contractor Of A 4-Storey Ultra Modern Surgical Block At Kabarnet County Referral Hospital, A Five Month Deadline To Complete The Project. The Project Which Cost Ksh 173 Million Was Conceptualized In 2015 But Has Stalled Allegedly Due To A Myriad Of Unclear Reasons. The Project's Manager Ali Noor Has However Faulted Covid-19 Among Other Reasons For The Delays Due To The Restrictions Of Movement Which Prevented Him And His Team From Running The Project Smoothly.
