AMA warns against reopening before 80% vaccination

The Australian Medical Association has written to the Prime Minister, warning hospitals are unlikely to cope if COVID restrictions are eased, even with increased vaccination rates. Its Vice President, Dr Chris Moy, says it’s essential any reopening considers the sustainability of the health system.
