eBike Company Vanmoof Raises $128 Million

VanMoof just raised another $128 million in funding after announcing a $40 million investment round in September 2020. The company has raised $182 million in two years, making it “the most funded eBike company in the world.” The company currently claims to have almost 200,000 bikes on the road, with the goal of 10 million people on VanMoof eBikes in the next five years. VanMoof is expanding dedicated service hubs from 8 to 50 worldwide cities by the end of 2021. It will also open more branded stores.
