Prenetics, a biotechnology firm, intends to merge with Artisan Acquisition ($ARTAU@Indonesia), a special purpose acquisition business, for a combined value of $1.3 billion. Prenetics is headquartered in Hong Kong, and the transaction is scheduled to close by the end of the year. Artisan Acquisition's stock is traded on the NASDAQ and was up 0.2% at press time.
