On Tuesday, China declared that individuals could have as many children as they like, overturning 1980s rules that limited them to one child. The restrictions on population control have been easing for the past 6 years; nonetheless, many families have been harmed since the Chinese government would force sterilization and abortions, as well as severe fines if they had more than one kid.
