Actor Larry David, star of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and attorney Alan Dershowitz reportedly got into a verbal altercation in a Martha's Vineyard general store over the lawyer's ties to the Trump administration. According to Dershowitz, David said that he couldn’t talk to Dershowitz because David saw Dershowitz hugging Mike Pompeo, the former secretary of State under former President Trump. Dershowitz said David called him “disgusting.” Dershowitz confirmed the conversation with David, a known Democrat. The two used to be friends, he noted, adding that the encounter "wasn’t funny at all." Dershowitz also identified himself as a "liberal Democrat," said that he "voted for Biden just as enthusiastically as Larry did."
