Around the time the last US soldier was exiting Kabul, the United Nations Security Council, under India’s presidency, adopted a resolution that gave de facto recognition to the Taliban as a state actor in Afghanistan. The resolution, sponsored by France, UK and the US, was adopted with 13 members, including India, voting in favour, none against it. Afghanistan पर अब पूरी तरह से Taliban का राज हो गया. जिसके बाद से ही पूरी दुनिया तालिबान को लेकर चिंता में है. हालांकि Taliban कई दावों के साथ सभी देशों से अच्छे संबंध बनाने और दूसरे देश को अपनी धरती का इस्तेमाल किसी भी देश के खिलाफ न करने देने का दावा कर रहा है. तालिबान की इस अपील को देखते हुए India की अध्यक्षता में UNSC ने एक प्रस्ताव पारित कर दिया है. इस प्रस्ताव के अनुसार तालिबान को अफगानिस्तान में मान्यता प्रदान की गई है. हालांकि इस प्रस्ताव को लेकर Russia ने भारत को झटका दिया है. देखिए वीडियो
