Amid the ongoing turmoil in war-torn Afghanistan, large crowds were seen thronging the streets outside banks in Kabul. The banks have decided that the customers can only withdraw dollar 200 or 20000 Afs per week. Long queues of people standing outside the banks in Kabul can be seen in this video.
