A 1975 Saigon refugee relates to 'scared and frightened' Afghans
Vietnamese American refugee Phat Bui, who fled Saigon in 1975 following the US evacuation and the city's fall, says that watching the chaotic scenes out of Kabul "brings back a lot of memories," as emergency evacuations continue following the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan. "I feel very sad, very depressed as well," he adds.
