FOXBORO, MA -- Cam Newton returned to the practice field on Thursday and the veteran QB looked good while Mac Jones was plagued by his receivers drops. The Patriots and Giants ran a simulated game to start practice and Cam Newton lead an eight-play touchdown drive in his only series on the day. Mac Jones had the next series and it was a lot more up and down. Mac Jones finished 10-of-21 , including 4 drops with one interception that got called back because an offsides flag.
