తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రేఖర్ రావు దత్తత తీసుకున్న గ్రమాల్లో అభివృద్ది ఏమాత్రం జరగలేదని కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఘాటుగా విమర్శిస్తోంది. అంతే కాకుండా దళిత బంధు కార్యక్రమాన్ని రాష్ట్రమంతటా అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ మూడుచింతల పల్లి లో రెండు రోజుల దీక్షకు ఉపక్రమించారు కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులు.
