Digital health has opened up new opportunities to create an entire patient pathway, starting from primary prevention and screening through diagnosis and staging to treatment and the subsequent management of a condition. In oncology, for example, Roche and GE Healthcare have collaborated to help tumour boards review cases. The NAVIFY platform pools medical imaging and other patient data so that medical teams have a single, comprehensive view of each patient, helping teams to make better-informed and quicker treatment decisions. This has reduced the time it takes oncologists to prepare for tumour board meetings by 53%.
