Supreme Court की CBI,ED को फटकार, MP/MLAs के खिलाफ मामलों के ट्रायल में देरी क्यों | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Hearing on the matter of early trial of criminal cases against MPs and MLAs was held in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. During this, the Supreme Court has reprimanded the CBI and ED for the delay in the trial, CJI NV Ramana said that the cases are pending for 15-20 years. These agencies are not doing anything. Especially the ED is only confiscating the property. Even in many cases the charge sheet has not been filed.

सासंदों और विधायकों के खिलाफ आपराधिक मामलों के जल्द ट्रायल करने के मामले पर बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. इस दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई और ईडी पर ट्रायल में देरी को लेकर फटकार लगाई है, CJI एनवी रमना ने कहा कि 15-20 साल से केस पेंडिंग हैं . ये एजेंसिया कुछ नहीं कर रही हैं . खासतौर से ईडी सिर्फ संपत्ति जब्त कर रही है. यहां तक कि कई मामलों में चार्जशीट तक दाखिल नहीं की गई है.
