Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss the issue of a caste Census where he led a team of 11 political leaders from the state, including RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav, who made a strong pitch for the exercise. Apart from Tejashwi Yadav, former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and education minister Vijay Kumar Chowdhry also accompanied Nitish Kumar for the meeting with PM Modi.
