काबुल पर कब्जा जमाने के बाद तालिबान अब अफगानिस्तान में सरकार बनाने की तैयारी कर रहा है, वंही तालिबान की तरफ से सुरक्षा इंचार्ज की जिम्मेदारी संभाल रहे खलील-उर रहमान हक्कानी का बयान आया है. अफगान के लोगों में भरोसा कायम करने के मकसद से हक्कानी ने ये भी कहा कि अगर हम सुपरपावर को हरा सकते हैं तो निश्चित तौर पर अफगान के लोगों को सुरक्षा भी दे सकते हैं.
