Peshawari Chapli Kabab:

Ingredients:
Beef mince (with fat) 300gm
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped green chili 4
Chopped tomato (without seeds) 3
Sliced tomato 1
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Chopped green coriander ½ cup
Pomegranate seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 2
Eggs 1
Corn Flour 6 tbsp
Oil as required
Method:
Except tomatoes and oil mix all ingredients and make kabab. Then put tomato slice on both sides and fry in hot oil and serve.



Sindhi Pulao:

Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Rice 1/2 kg
Oil 1/2 cup
Fried onions 2
Tomatoes 3-4
Potatoes 3-4
Green chilies 4-5
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Wholeall spices 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
White cumin 1tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Green coriander to serve

Method:
Heat oil fry chicken and potatoes. Add ginger garlic paste, whole all spice cook well. add fried onion, tomatoes cook till done. Add rice and water. Add green chilies and left for simmer. Serve with green coriander and onion.
