NSW Premier unveils ‘final measures’ as state records 644 new cases

Sydney’s lockdown will last for at least another month as New South Wales recorded another 644 infections. Despite skyrocketing vaccination rates, the alarming escalation in new infections this week has forced the Premier’s hand. Gladys Berejiklian has unveiled what she’s described as “final measures” to drive case numbers down.
