The residents of a south-west Victorian town have been swept up in a ‘whodunit’ style mystery, involving the Loch Ness Monster, a giant eagle, and spore of magical toadstools. A guerrilla street artist has begun dotting sculptures throughout Portland, much to the delight of residents.
