DA oppose postponement of elections

The DA says there is scientific evidence that it is possible to hold the vote on time. The opposition party is opposing the IEC's Constitutional Court application to have the local governemnt elections postponed. Party's federal council chairperson, Helen Zille, speaks more on this.
