Pumanaw na si Fr. Roque Ferriols, SJ pasado hatinggabi ngayong Sabado sa edad na 96. Siya ang paring Heswitang nagsulong ng patuturo ng pilosopiya sa wikang Filipino.

Ayon sa kasamahan niyang si Fr. Cel Reyes, SJ, ilalagak muna ang abo ni Fr. Ferriols sa Jesuit Health and Wellness Center sa Loyola Heights, Quezon City. Inaayos pa raw ang detalye ng burol at libing.
