One must respect sensitivity of non-beef eating community: Assam CM

Soon after Assam government passed Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021 on August 13, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that no slaughter or sale of beef can takes place within 5km radius of any temple or monastery. Adding to it, Chief Minister said one must respect sensitivity of non-beef eating community.
