Bank Negara Malaysia governor Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus told a media briefing on Friday (Aug 13) that all states are expected to transition to Phase Three of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) by October and Phase Four by November this year.

She pointed out that conditions varied in every state, including the vaccination rate and ICU bed occupancy.
