Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed the Investor Summit in Gujarat via video conferencing. The Summit was organised to invite investment for setting vehicle scrapping infrastructure under the Voluntary Vehicle-Fleet Modernisation Program or the Vehicle Scrapping Policy.
