Why does India urge nationals to leave Afghanistan?

India urged its nationals in Afghanistan to leave on "special flight" from Mazar-e-Sharif to New Delhi on Tuesday in view of the rapidly escalating violence by the Taliban in the region. The development comes as the Taliban are on the verge of advancing from different directions on the biggest city in the region, Mazar-i-Sharif.
