रिकॉर्ड पदक के साथ Tokyo Olympics का समापन कर भारतीय दल स्वदेश लौट चुका है. ओलिंपिक खेलों से लौटे भारतीय खिलाड़ियों को दिल्ली में सम्मानित किया गया. केंद्रीय खेल मंत्री Anurag Thakur, कानून मंत्री Kiren Rijiju, गृह राज्यमंत्री Nishith Pramanik ने wrestler Bajrang Punia, Ravi Dahiya, boxer Lovlina Borgohain, Indian men, women hockey teams और Neeraj Chopra का सम्मान किया, इस मौके पर खेल मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर तमाम खिलाड़ियों का स्वागत किया साथ ही ये भी कहा कि उन्होने देश का नाम विश्व पटल पर बहुत बड़ा कर दिया है, इस दौरान हॉकी टीम का भी खास सम्मान किया गया, 41 साल के बाद हॉकी में कोई पदक देश जीत पाया है।
