Lampas siyam na sentimo kada kilowatt hour ang dagdag-singil ng Meralco ngayong Agosto.
Nangako naman ang Meralco na hindi muna sila magpuputol ng serbisyo sa mga customer na hindi makabayad sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng ECQ at MECQ.
