Depay on target as Barcelona beat Juventus 3-0 in Joan Gamper Trophy

Barcelona began the post-Lionel Messi era with a 3-0 win over Juventus in the Joan Gamper Trophy on Sunday - summer signing Memphis Depay opening the scoring and setting up the second goal for Martin Braithwaite.

Depay broke the deadlock in only the third minute after being played through by Yusuf Demir and the Dutchman's 57th corner kick was headed in by Braithwaite.

Substitute Riqui Puig then sealed the win in stoppage time with a shot from the edge of the penalty area that Messi himself would be proud of as Barca won the traditional pre-season match for a ninth season in succession.
