Vaccine production increased from 2.5 lakhs per day to 40 lakhs: MoS Health

Minister of State (MoS) Health, Dr Bharati Pravin Pawar on August 6 informed that the vaccine production in the country has increased from 2.5 lakhs per day to 40 lakhs per day. “I think with this rise in the production capacity, we will be able to vaccinate people in an even better manner,” said the MoS Health. MoS Health, Dr Bharati Pravin Pawar said, “It's a matter of pride that vaccination numbers crossed 50-crore mark. Through you (media) message is being spread that vaccination is important in fight against coronavirus. Government has made continuous efforts to ensure that vaccines reach people.”
