The water level of both the Ganges and Yamuna rivers is increasing rapidly in the Sangam city of Prayagraj. Although the flood water has not yet entered the residential areas, but the water of the Ganges definitely entered the Hanuman temple lying at Sangam today. As soon as the water of the Ganges entered the Hanuman temple, the mahants-priests and devotees welcomed Ganga Maiya by blowing conch shells and bells and had darshan of Ganga Maiya and Bajrang Bali together.

संगम नगरी प्रयागराज में गंगा और यमुना दोनों ही नदियों का जलस्तर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है. हालांकि, अभी रिहाइशी इलाकों में बाढ़ का पानी नहीं घुसा है, लेकिन गंगा का पानी आज संगम स्थित लेटे हुए हनुमान मंदिर में ज़रूर प्रवेश कर गया. गंगा की बाढ़ का पानी हनुमान मंदिर में दाखिल होते ही वहां के महंतों -पुजारियों और श्रद्धालुओं ने शंख और घंटे बजाकर गंगा मैया का स्वागत किया और गंगा मइया और बजरंग बली के एक साथ दर्शन किये
