Taking a dig at the Congress party, Uttar Pradesh minister Satish Mahana on Friday said the Congress is a "seven-seater" party in the state and its status would decline further in the upcoming assembly polls. Speaking at the Panchayat Aaj Tak event, Mahana said, "The Congress is an Innova (referring to the SUV) party. Innova party means, Innova has seven seats and the Congress has seven seats in Uttar Pradesh Assembly. Now, it will become a scooter party. This means it will have one-plus-one seat.
