Hindi raw puwedeng magpahatid-sundo ang mga Authorized Persons Outside Residence o APOR sa mga hindi naman APOR kapag ipinatupad na ang panibagong Enhanced Community Quarantine o ECQ.
Pero paano kaya 'yung mga APOR na hindi marunong magmaneho?
Lalo't limitado lang ang kapasidad ng pampublikong transportasyon sa Biyernes.
