The monsoon has caused the flood-like situations in Madhya Pradesh districts. Due to the floods in the Gwalior and Shivpuri districts of Madhya Pradesh, the connectivity of the cities has been lost. The torrential rains in Shivpuri made the situation appalling yesterday. A large number of people were trapped in the heavy rains. Teams of SDRF and NDRF have been engaged in evacuating the people trapped in the floods. The road from Shivpuri to Jhansi has been blocked. National Highway 25 was inundated with water, due to which the connectivity with other cities has been cut off. The nearby Kota Bhagoda village has also been flooded due to heavy rains.
