Vaccinated? DOTr to give free train rides, incentives

As an incentive for getting inoculated with a COVID-19 vaccine, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) will offer free train rides to vaccinated individuals especially Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) from August 3 to 20.
