Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has congratulated Indian Women’s Hockey team on entering the semifinals of Tokyo Olympics. In a tweet, Mr Thakur said, it was a splendid performance. He said, Women’s Hockey Team is scripting history with every move at Tokyo Olympics. Mr Thakur said, India is into the semi-finals of the Olympics for the 1st time beating Australia. The Sports Minister said, 130 crore Indians are right behind the Women’s Hockey Team.

Indian women’s hockey team ने Tokyo Olympics में इतिहास रचा दिया है। वह Australia को 1-0 से हराकर सेमीफाइनल में पहुंच गई है। ये पहली बार है जब Team India Olympics के सेमीफाइनल में पहुंची है। महिला हॉकी के क्वार्टर फाइनल मुकाबले में हॉट फेवरेट ऑस्ट्रेलिया को 1-0 से हराकर भारतीय महिलाओं ने इतिहास रच दिया।
