School principal used utensils to cross waterlogged campus

After heavy rains in the Siddharthnagar district of UP, the Harivanshpur primary school campus was waterlogged. The entire school campus was flooded with rainwater, after which the school principal had to use cooking utensils to enter the school. This video of Principal is going viral on social media. In which it can be seen that the principal is moving towards the class by placing his feet in the cooking utensils due to the water being filled in the school premises.
