The latest report from the Bradley Beal watch is that the All-Star shooting guard has "no desire" to leave the Wizards, per Shams Charania. Beal's name has come up in countless trade rumors for the past few seasons, as the second-leading scorer of the NBA is frustrated that the Wizards continue to fall short in the NBA playoffs. Most recently, it was reported that Beal was finally mulling the decision to demand a trade and that the Celtics were one of his preferred targets.

After a trade today that sent fellow star Russell Westbrook to the Lakers for Kyle Kuzma, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Montrezl Harrell, and the No. 22 pick in the 2021 NBA draft, many believed that Beal would finally ask for a trade ahead of the NBA draft. Although, Beal appears to be still holding on and wants to see what Washington can do this year before potentially optioning out next offseason.
