Thousands of lives are in danger due to heavy rains on the mountains and overflowing rivers. After the rains in Kolkata yesterday, the streets are inundated. But the biggest devastation has happened in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Many people died after cloudbursts in both states. So far 21 people have died in both states together.
