Heavy rainfall lashed Delhi on Tuesday morning and waterlogging was reported from several parts of the city. After a few hours of rainfall, cars and buses were seen running half-submerged in water. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for the national capital on July 27 and has predicted rainfall with gusty winds. Watch this video.
