Over the Pegasus issue, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said as an opposition party, Congress wants that there should be an SC-judge monitored investigation over 'Pegasus Project' allegations. "Government is misusing taxpayers' money for political benefits which is giving a bad impression of our democracy," said the Congress leader.
