Big decision of Calcutta High Court, said- real right of elders on property. The Calcutta High Court on Friday upheld the right to property of a senior citizen of Taherpur in Nadia district in West Bengal and said that his son and daughter can be evicted as they are the only licensees residing in maximum property.

Calcutta High Court ने शुक्रवार को West Bengal में नादिया जिले के ताहेरपुर के एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक के Right to Property को बरकरार रखा और कहा कि उनके बेटे और बेटी को बेदखल किया जा सकता है क्योंकि वो ज्यादा से ज्यादा संपत्ति में रहने वाले लाइसेंसधारी ही हैं.
