Cinemas, theatres, multiplexes and spas in Delhi have been opened from Monday, while the Delhi Metro and public buses are permitted to operate with 100% seating capacity. According to DDMA, running the buses and metros with 100 per cent seating capacity will mean that now passengers will be able to travel on all seats.
