The Congress leaders, led by former party chief Rahul Gandhi, marched on tractors towards the Parliament to protest against the Centre's three farm laws. Now farmers leader Rakesh Tikait has said that we will also surround Lucknow in the coming time. While questioning the timing of this statement, Tikait said we cannot go to the elections.
