Monsoon session of Bihar Legislature has started. Whereas the session started with the address of the Speaker of the Assembly. Tributes were paid to the departed leaders on the first day. After this the opposition parties started a ruckus. On March 23, many opposition MLAs wearing helmets reached inside the assembly to protest against the case of misbehavior with the MLAs.

बिहार विधानमंडल के मानसून सत्र की शुरुआत हो गई है. जबकि सत्र की शुरुआत विधानसभा अध्यक्ष के संबोधन से हुई. पहले दिन दिवंगत नेताओं को श्रद्धांजलि दी गई. इसके बाद विपक्षी दलों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया. बीते 23 मार्च को विधानसभा के भीतर विधायकों के साथ दुर्व्यवहार का मामले के विरोध में विपक्ष के कई विधायक हेलमेट पहन कर पहुंचे.
