Terms & Conditions of Buyer Protection Claim Scheme:

Buyer protection claim offer will be fulfilled by Biglander services pvt ltd and shall be claimed during the Program period of the Buyer protection claim Period validity up to the maximum of the Buyer protection claim value promised to customer at the time of purchase. Buyer protection claim value will be subject to goods meeting the below mentioned conditions at the time of return. In case the goods do not meet the said conditions, Biglander services pvt ltd retains the sole and absolute right to re-evaluate the Goods and reduce the BPC value OR Reject the BPC Claim at its own discretion.
BPC Plan will be applicable from invoice date of goods purchased from Pakat B2B APP.

Biglander services pvt ltd will send an enrolment form with details of BPC Value Plan along with terms and conditions
By Participating in this Program (defined below), customer agrees to be bound by:

1. The BPC offer will be non-transferable and will only be available to the person that purchased the goods under the program under specific invoice number.
2. Buyer protection claim cannot be claimed by the customer after the offer expiry date.
3. Customer shall ensure that the Goods shall meet the conditions as mentioned below and return the goods to Buyer protection claim partner for claiming the amount of Buyer protection claim value under this program.
4. Settlement of Buyer protection claim will be processed only to Customer’s wallet and cannot be transferred to any bank account/cash/coupon code to use out of Pakat’s system.
5. Customers should have a buying history with overall transaction value not less than Ten thousand rupees within 90 days before applying for BPC.
6. Goods exchanged under BPC Scheme should be in unused condition. Physical damage, water damage, package damage or not in original condition goods will result in value reduction on the BPC Claim settlement
7. Upto 50% claim will be given for the BPC availed invoice and the final settlement value depends on point 6.
8. Payment will be processed once the goods reaches our authorized warehouse and after the calculation of settlement value. Normally payment will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after goods reaching our warehouse.
9. Customers cannot avail BPC again on the already availed BPC invoice.
10. There should be minimum transaction of Rupees Fifty thousand to claim BPC scheme after availing the 1st BPC. These criteria will be applied as it proceeds further.
11. Customers have to bear the Reverse shipment charges for the BPC.
12. BPC scheme is not valid on – FMCG, Medicines & Perishable products.
13. Depreciation cost will be applied.
