Navjot Singh Sidhu arrives at Punjab Bhavan for Amarinder Singh's tea party

Ahead of the elevation ceremony as Punjab Congress president, Navjot Singh Sidhu has arrived at Punjab Bhavan in Chandigarh for the tea party organised by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh. Other Punjab MPs and MLAs have also arrived for the tea ceremony.
