Rajma Masala or Kidney Beans Curry is a vegetarian dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, consisting of red kidney beans in a thick gravy with many Indian whole spices, and is usually served with rice. Although kidney beans did not originate from the Indian subcontinent, it is a part of regular diet in Northern India

Ingredients

Kidney Beans 2 Cups
Onions 2 Medium
Tomatoes 2 Medium
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TSP
Cinnamon 1 Stick
Black Cardamom 2
Cumin Seeds 1 TSP
Salt 2 TSPs
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (For Color)
Turmeric Powder ½ TSP
Coriander Powder 1.5 TSPs
Green Chilis 2 to 3 Chopped
Ghee 2 TBSPs for cooking
Dry Rajma Masala
