NSW records 136 new local cases and another death

The numbers continue to get worse for NSW as the state recorded 136 new cases overnight with 53 of those infectious in the community. There's also been another death from COVID-19, where an 89-year-old man has died. The NSW Chief Health Officer has labelled the situation as a 'national emergency'.
