JK: Air Force rescues locals stuck in flood in Kathua

Police personnel in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir rescued three women trapped in floods risking their lives. Due to the sudden flood in the dry river, the lives of three women fell into trouble. The women had gone across the river to collect woods. During this suddenly there was a storm of water in the river. These women were rescued by a rescue operation in the Uj river in Kathua. Officials said that a message was received about a group of villagers trapped in the floodwaters in the Ujj river, following which an Air Force helicopter was immediately rushed to rescue the people.
