Tim Gajser of Slovenia took overall victory at The MXGP of the Netherlands in Oss on Sunday (18th July). Gajser placed third in Race 1 and second in Race 2.

Dutchman Jeffrey Herlings took victory in front of a home crowd in the day's first race, but sustained a shoulder injury in a crash involving Ivo Monticelli of Italy on the first lap, forcing him to miss Race 2.

After a late charge Italian Antonio Cairoli took the win in the second race, though after an eighth place finish earlier in the day, it was not enough to outscore Gajser on overall points.

Frenchman Romain Febvre came third overall, recovering well after landing into the fence after a jump in the second race of the day.
