The maximum city witnessed heavy rains overnight, leading to waterlogging in many areas and delay in local trains. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert meaning intense to very intense spells of rain are likely to occur in the city. BMC, Maharashtra government is on alert.
